The GTS name is one of the most evocative in Porsche’s history. It first appeared on the 904 Carrera GTS of the 1960s. In the 992 generation it sits above the Carrera S and borrows hardware from the 911 Turbo, including its larger brakes, which is why many enthusiasts see the GTS as the sweet spot of the 911 range.

Power comes from a 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged flat-six producing 473bhp, driven through Porsche’s eight-speed PDK gearbox. It reaches 60mph in 3.6 seconds and has a top speed of 192mph. In Cabriolet form you enjoy all of that with the roof down, accompanied by the Sports Exhaust System with black tailpipes.
