The amazing and very rare Evora GT430 IPS 2+2 here at Hofmann’s Lotus is a ‘68’ plate registered in December 2018, Only 19 GT430’s stayed in the UK and this is the only one of this configuration.
This one owner car finished in the iconic colour of Lotus Racing Green (C191) over black leather Sparco sports seats with contrast Grey accents and twin colour stitching in yellow with matching headrest embroidery. With just 7033 miles on the clock from new and a full Lotus service history, this is a very pampered and well cared for example which shows in the way the car presents.
Over the standard 430 specification, this Halo model of the Evora range was factory specified with the following options :- IPS Automatic, 2+2 Sparco seating, Exclusive Paint, Upgrade stereo, Navigation and reversing camera, Air Conditioning, sound insulation and satin black forged lightweight wheels. Additional to this the car was fully ceramic coated using industry leading GTechniq products before delivery to help protect the Exclusive paintwork, as well as having front end PPF installed and being accompanied by a tailored indoor car cover. Further enhancements have been made to the audio system within the car with the addition of Audison Voce Components & tweeters and JL Audio subwoofer & XD400/4 Amplifier, all located in the factory housings and locations by Audiofile Incar resulting in one of the best sounding stereo’s we’ve heard in a Lotus!
In 2017, Lotus unveiled the most powerful variant of the Evora and in turn the fastest road legal Lotus ever made, the Evora GT430. It is the part of an entirely new range in the Evora family, called the performance range. The car’s 3.5 litre Toyota-derived V6 has an increased power output of 430 hp due to an Edelbrock supercharger and a titanium exhaust system, It also generates more downforce (250 kg at 190 mph) than its previous variants. Only 19 UK Evora GT430 were ever produced, with a worldwide total of just 60 units.
